Serving Beyond the Office

The Rashidi Group is proud to call Green Bay and Milwaukee home. These communities have celebrated alongside us, supported our families, and trusted us through life’s biggest moments. That trust inspires us to give back in meaningful ways.

We’re passionate about supporting the organizations, causes, and people who make our communities extraordinary. Whether we’re lending a helping hand, investing our resources, or showing up when it matters most, we believe true success is measured not only by what we accomplish, but by the impact we leave on the places we call home. Serving our clients is our profession, but serving our neighbors is our privilege.

The Rashidi Group is proud to support the UW-Green Bay Phoenix men's and women's basketball! For Wael, a UW-Green Bay alumni and one of the Phoenix's biggest fans, his connection to the university makes supporting the program especially meaningful. Supporting our local university and student-athletes is another way our team stays connected to the greater Green Bay community.

Sometimes giving back means rolling up your sleeves! Our team joined TrashForce to help clean up downtown Green Bay and do our small part to keep the community we call home looking its best.
